About Heather

Hi, I’m Heather!  I am a reiki master and psychic medium with a highly sensitive soul. I have been connecting with spirit since I was very young, but spent the majority of my life not knowing what it was and trying very hard to ignore it! In my 40s, I gained awareness and came back to this piece of myself, opening up to spiritual gifts that I was not aware I had. I also learned from great teachers and spent a great deal of time honing my abilities to work with energy and healing. I find myself able to connect with the energies in one’s body, as well as the energies of those in Spirit.

I work with the gifts of clairsentience, clairvoyance, clairaudience and claircognizance to communicate with Spirit. As an empath, I very deeply feel emotions and even physical sensations a person may be experiencing. I use all of these gifts along with reiki and intuitive energy interpretation, crystals, tarot and oracle cards, to communicate with your Spirit Guides, Angels and Ancestors to channel healing messages and positive guidance. I found that after many years of minimizing and hiding these gifts of Spirit communication and energy healing, I am now very grateful to be open and honest about who I am! My greatest joy (besides my beautiful family!) is to share these gifts and be of service to both Spirit and to my clients. It is my honor to be a clear channel to deliver messages from your Spirit team. My intention is always to help you find your own unique path to tapping into your personal intuition, self-healing, self-love and acceptance.

If this is your first time meeting me, I am so glad you are here! I am from Seattle, but currently live in the hills above Los Angeles with my husband Pete, our two teenage daughters Pia and Coco, and our chubby senior dog Wilbur! This is definitely my 2nd, (or maybe third) act in my adult life! I spent 17 years before this as a professionally trained chef turned food writer and blogger. You can check out my blog HeatherChristo.com for allergen-free recipes and I have a couple of cookbooks over on Amazon. I don’t write for the blog anymore, but still enjoy cooking for family and friends most nights of the week. I also took a few year spin in the tech startup world, which did not go so well! But thank goodness for silver linings, because that ultimately led me to this beautiful life change. If you are interested, you can read more about that in this blog post!
